Coachella Postponed Due To Coronavirus Pandemic

Coachella is officially postponed until October of this year.

“At the direction of the County of Riverside and local health authorities, we must sadly confirm the rescheduling of Coachella and Stagecoach due to COVID-19 concerns,” the statement reads in part. “While this decision comes at a time of universal uncertainty, we take the safety and health of our guests, staff and community very seriously. We urge everyone to follow the guidelines and protocols put forth by public health officials.”

The festival has new dats - October 9, 10 and 11 and October 16, 17 and 18.

Events are being canceled everywhere as the virus continues to spread. NAB show just cancelled their annual event.

Coachella 2020 was sheduled for April 10-12 and again April 17-19. Headliners for the event included Rage Against the Machine, Travis Scott and Frank Ocean.
